HI THERE, I’M SINEAD URWIN.

My journey back to balance began with a health crisis.

A high-powered career in investment banking inflamed my habits of choosing coffee over sleep and extreme fitness over balanced exercise and nutrition.

Years of chronic stress, depression, and a lack of nutrition eventually morphed into a litany of digestive, inflammatory, and autoimmune conditions.

I didn’t feel listened to by my doctor, so I started to search for my own answers.

After years of research and with the assistance of a number of professional nutritionists, I was able to heal the symptoms of my inflammatory and autoimmune conditions through intentional shifts in food, supplements and lifestyle.

As I began to realize the power of the mind and body to heal itself, I came to understand that it was time to close the chapter on my corporate investment banking career. I turned toward healing instead.

I went on to earn a master’s degree in Holistic Wellness, specialized as a Holistic Health Practitioner with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and earned a Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialization from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

My mission is to help driven people like you take back their health and get back to enjoying their lives.
